Every time I have cravings my best choice are nuts.
Flavorful nuts are amazing in all kind of recipes, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and more. In the morning is a really good option to start your day full of energy.
Maybe you’ve heard that we should add more nuts to our daily diet, oh yeah and it’s no wonder why! Nuts are filled with omega 3, protein, vitamins and mineral, fiber that will help you feel full and suppress your appetite so much, also are high in fatty acids but it’s a heart healthy fat all we need. I really like them so much, in moderation are a healthy choice to any diet. I get a mix of different nuts in small increments at a time during the week. The best nuts for our daily diets are Almonds, cashews and pistachios.
Avoid nuts packaged or roasted in oil; instead, eat them raw or dry roasted. Roasted nuts may have been heated in hydrogenated or omega-6 unhealthy fats, or to high temperatures that can destroy their nutrients.
I just find delicious all kind of nuts like almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews, Brazil nuts, and macadamias. I’ll be posting delicious recipes of every kind of nuts that will be a great option to make your day full of energy in a healthy way.
