This is one of my favorite smoothies that I drink some mornings and make me feel fantastic, full of vital energy and packed with a lot of vitamins to rock my day in a healthy way. Real pure 100% dark chocolate comes from the beans of cocoa tree and it’s one of the most powerful antioxidants on the planet which can act neutralizing free radicals that damage our cells, also dark chocolate helps to lower blood pressure, prevents blood clots and has anti cancer effects.
Did you know that when chocolate is combined with cow milk powder, sugary crap like high fructose corn syrup, condensed milk and bad fat oils which is the way to make milk chocolate, reduce the capacity of the concentration of antioxidants, this is the results of acne, obesity, headaches, hyperactivity, diabetes, coronary heart disease and more. Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup coconut or almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 dates o 7 drops stevia to taste
- 2 tablespoons raw dark cocoa powder
- 4 brazil nuts or 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup ice
Instructions
Blend it very well all the ingredients until creamy.
Important: the smoothie should contain high quality vegan soy free, dairy free and gluten free protein powder (garden of life brand is one of my best recommendations).
