Green leaf juice provides more nutrients than any other natural food.

Green plant-based foods are my favorite, in addition to their powerful nutrients. While a little bitter-sweet, this is a very delicious green juice. Plus, it will give you the power and vitality your body needs in the morning, specially if you workout right after, as it will put your whole metabolism to work. If you are new to green juices, this is a good way to start.

Ingredients
  • Juice of 2 natural carrots
  • Juice of 1 natural orange
  • Juice of ½ Natural Grapefruit
  • ½ Red apple
  • ½ Pear
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ cup Kale or crisp green lettuce
Preparation

Put the natural juice extracts in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients, a couple of ice cubes and blend well making sure that everything is well crushed and diluted. If you need more sweet you can use stevia (2 drops or to your liking) or add half a banana (banana) to give it more natural sweetness.

Recommendation: Remove the peels from citrus fruits to avoid bitterness.
