Ginger, a natural remedy

Ginger is one of my favorites ingredients to cook and improve flavors for soups, stews, dressings and marinades, but it is my best friend when I have a cold. Some of the common colds are seasonal, occurring more frequently during cold or wet weather, ginger is my smart choice.

If you feel like you have a dry and itchy sore throat, this magical recipe with ginger will help you so much.

Ginger root is well know as a remedy for travel sickness, nausea and indigestion and used for wind, colic, irritable bowel, loss of appetite, chills, cold, flu, poor circulation, menstrual cramps, dyspepsia (bloating, heartburn, flatulence) and gastrointestinal problems as gas and stomach cramps.
