Honestly, I’ve never been a big cauliflower fan, I just could take it or leave it but this roasted cauliflower recipe has converted me into an insane lover and eater of cauliflower for ever… hahaha believe me it’s just so delicious and tasteful side dish for any time.

There are a great variety of cauliflower, so you pick the one you most like it. Cauliflower is the white knight against cancer, can help to inhibit tumor growth and boost the immune system. Mark Twain once called Cauliflower: “a cabbage with a college education”.
Ingredients
- 1 large head Cauliflower
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- pinch cinnamon
- ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup tahini or sesame seed butter
- ⅓ cup grape seed oil
- 1 lime juice
- 1 lemon zest
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F, slice cauliflower down the center of the head and then cut into half inch slices working out from the center. I also use the small pieces when I cut it.
Put them in a big bowl and set aside. Mix all the ingredients very well combined. Add this mix on the cauliflower and toss gently to mix together and coat well.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a shallow roasting pan. Roast 1 hour 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. When is done, remove it immediately from oven. Dress with more lime juice and it is ready to enjoy so much!
